Over the past two years KC Natural has processed over 250,000 lambs. We primarily source our lambs from the Riverina and Hilltops regions of NSW. The major markets that we have exported the lambs to include the Middle East, USA and Asia. We are constantly working on new market opportunities and sourcing great quality lamb and beef for export.

Gundagai Meat Processors - plant tour

A group of 50 farmers and agents from southern NSW joined us at the GMP plant recently, for an informative workshop and tour of GMP's upgraded facilities. We enjoyed partnering with GMP for the day, to discuss market opportunities and the integration of new technologies with the group.
We've been working closely since November with GMP to maximise production and sales, and we are now processing with them daily.

Demand for brisket is on fire

  • Prices for brisket are soaring, as new innovations in grilling have made the tricky meat easier to master
  • Brisket is appearing on restaurant menus all over the USA
  • It used to be that home cooks were intimidated by the challenge of turning the huge slabs of meat into smoky goodness
  • With an electric-powered wood-pellet smoker, you set the temperature, walk away and return 9 hours later to tender, smoky perfection
  • The price for brisket has climbed by 11% in the US over the past 12 months
